POLICIES
Payment Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the total cost of the service. Deposits are only transferable if rescheduling occurs at least 24 hours in advance.
If availability is limited, email beauty@celinalagi.com to transfer the deposit to the following month. Deposits must be redeemed within 30 days of the original booking before expiration.
The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Accepted Payments:
Cash / Apple Pay / Zelle: No fee
Credit / Debit: 2.5% fee
Payment Plans (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna): 6% fee

Cancellations, No-Shows & Tardiness: Same-Day Changes:
Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancelling or rescheduling on the day of your appointment will result in a No-Show status.
Late Arrivals:
Brow Wax: 5-minute grace period
Microblading: 10-minute grace period
Arriving later than the listed time frames will result in a No-Show status.
No-Show Fee:
Clients marked as a No-Show will be charged 75% of the remaining balance of their service.
Right to Refuse & Reschedule:
Celina reserves the right to reschedule No-Shows at her discretion and the right to refuse service.
