POLICIES

 

Payment Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the total cost of the service. Deposits are only transferable if rescheduling occurs at least 24 hours in advance. â€‹

If availability is limited, email beauty@celinalagi.com to transfer the deposit to the following month. Deposits must be redeemed within 30 days of the original booking before expiration.​

The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

 

Accepted Payments:

Cash / Apple Pay / Zelle: No fee

Credit / Debit: 2.5% fee

Payment Plans (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna): 6% fee

*Be sure you have an account with your chosen payment plan provider, and have your email and phone number ready to access your account*

 

Cancellations, No-Shows & Tardiness: Same-Day Changes:

Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancelling or rescheduling on the day of your appointment will result in a No-Show status. 

 

Late Arrivals:

Brow Wax: 5-minute grace period

Microblading: 10-minute grace period

Arriving later than the listed time frames will result in a No-Show status.

 

No-Show Fee:

Clients marked as a No-Show will be charged 75% of the remaining balance of their service.

 

Right to Refuse & Reschedule:

Celina reserves the right to reschedule No-Shows at her discretion and the right to refuse service.
